Dear client,
Tax season is at our doorstep. If not already received, you will soon get all the pertinent documentation for us to assist you in the preparation of your income tax returns 2017.

MANDATORY REPORTING FOR THE SALE OF A PROPERTY, INCLUDING A PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE, UNDER PENALTY OF $8,000.

Please use one of the following options to provide us with the information:
• In person at either one of our two offices in Montreal or Saint-Hubert, or in the Outaouais region by appointment;
• By mail;
• By email (documents containing non confidential information only);
• By fax;
• By an email request for a link to our portal;
• By appointment (see the coordinates below).
In order for us to offer you the best service possible, the same policies as previous years will apply this season:
• The fees for tax preparation will be marked up by 10% if the documents are received after April 22nd;
• No tax return can be sent out to the government unless the proper documents have been signed and our invoice has been paid;
• We will not be responsible for non submitted returns on April 30th if the documents have not been signed and the payment of our invoice has not been paid;
• We accept credit card, debit card, cheque payments and we now have a Paypal account. |
